How to redesign a service to meet contemporary needs

Bharat Mehta, Mubin Haq and Sioned Churchill from the City Parochial Foundation recently made a presentation to the Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness talking about the changes that had been needed in governance, investment and grantmaking policy in order to ensure the best fulfilment of their mission to tackle poverty in London. A commitment to education, youth and isolated communities remains the core of their work.
