On 6 February, around 30 funded groups which are supported by public funds met a range of funders and funding advisors to discuss the impact of funding within the East Midlands region.

The event was jointly sponsored by Capacitybuilders, The Big Lottery Fund and East Midlands Development Agency and provided an opportunity for delegates to share experiences and generate ideas in an 'Open Space' discussion format.

London Funders secretariat is currently looking to regroup with other regional funders forums, following the success of a joint meeting in 2005 which shared good practice. We will be in touch with feedback on this later in the year.
